I am a product builder with 11 years of experience, 7 in product. My obsession is figuring out why users behave the way they do, and shipping the systems that turn that understanding into growth - increasingly built on AI.
Most recently at Skillz (US-listed gaming company), I owned the full user lifecycle - engagement, loyalty, LiveOps, and lifecycle communications. I also identified an operational gap in marketing and built a 0-to-1 agentic AI tool that automated the entire campaign lifecycle (briefing, content, targeting, scheduling, reporting), cutting execution effort by 50%.
Before that, at Games24x7, I led the Growth Platform charter - the experimentation engine, ML-driven communications, personalization systems, and analytics infrastructure used across all games. The work I am most proud of is the app redesign: we rebuilt the architecture so the app could be configured differently for each user cohort in real time, with the experimentation engine running parallel A/B tests without app releases. Result: 9% higher new user retention and 3% ARPU uplift.
Before product
MBA at the Indian School of Business (ISB). Before that, business development for Tech Mahindra in Nigeria (BFSI domain, West Africa) and a Teach For India fellowship where I taught 60 kids using technology. That was my first real lesson in user behavior and engagement. I still mentor a few of those students. Some are in college now, which is a strange and wonderful thing to witness.
What I am drawn to now
Ambiguous problem spaces where the answer is not obvious, the data is incomplete, and strong product judgment is what separates a good outcome from a great one. Lately I am especially drawn to AI-native product surfaces - places where LLMs, agents, and ML change the unit economics of what a product team can ship and how fast a user experience can adapt.
